**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive (Receivables) is responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and coordinating with clients and internal teams for payment follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Receivable Management**:

- Generate and issue invoices to clients promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.

**2. Payment Follow-ups & Collection**:

- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to resolve client disputes related to billing.

**3. Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper documentation of all invoices, payments, and correspondence.
- Prepare periodic reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.

**4. Compliance & Coordination**:

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and internal departments as required.

**5. Process Improvement**:

- Suggest improvements in billing and collection processes for better efficiency.
- Implement best practices to reduce outstanding receivables.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related functions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- **Other**: Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in working with large corporate clients.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards.

Pay: ₹12,317.24 - ₹25,762.37 per month
