**Key Responsibilities:1. Dispensing & Prescription Management**
- Review and dispense prescribed medications accurately.
- Ensure prescriptions comply with legal and medical guidelines.
- Advise patients on correct medication usage, dosages, and possible side effects.
- Maintain accurate prescription records and documentation.
**2. Customer Care & Patient Counseling**
- Provide clear information to customers about their medications.
- Offer advice on over-the-counter (OTC) drugs and healthcare products.
- Address customer concerns and ensure patient safety.
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed treatments and report any adverse effects.
**3. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence**
- Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with **local, state, and national drug laws**.
- Maintain updated records of controlled substances and restricted medications.
- Follow Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Assist in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities.
**4. Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking of medicines.
- Check expiry dates and remove outdated or damaged stock.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for medicine procurement.
**5. Research & Continuous Learning**
- Stay updated on new drugs, treatments, and pharmaceutical trends.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional knowledge.
- Assist in clinical trials and research projects if required.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) from a recognized university.
- **License/Certification**: Must be a registered pharmacist as per local pharmacy regulations.
- Strong understanding of **pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of pharmacy management software is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
