**Profile Introduction**:

- As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company. This position is ideal for a dynamic individual who possesses a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, collaborating to execute various campaigns, analyze market trends, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Execution**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities, providing insights to enhance marketing strategies.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends.
- **Client Communication**: Support in the creation of marketing materials and communication strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients.

**Requirement**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
