Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving CNC & VMC machining operations, Machine Shop production & overall performance in shifts.
- **Key Role & Responsibilities:

- **_

Responsible for handling Manpower in a shift.

Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

Responsible for Operator safety, Quality (Rejection & PDI), OEE, and Delivery.

Responsible for fill rate and customer complaints.

Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.

Responsible for plant 5S.
- **Qualification & Experience Required:

- **_

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Machining(CNC/VMC).

Experience handling aluminium automotive and non-automotive die-casting components machining and problem-solving.

Experience with various CNC & VMC Machines from brands like Jyoti, Micromatic, and Greenfield.

Exposure to siemens and Fanuc control systems.

Independently able to change setups and offsets.

Basic knowledge of CNC VMC programming.
