- Firewall & VPN Review

- Customer Audit

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Server Administration & Management:
Provide second-level support on hardware and expert-level support on server OS.

Update antivirus on servers manually or by scheduling updates.

Suppress viruses on a best-effort basis, as determined by the OEM's antivirus software updates.

Maintain an inventory of existing assets and update it periodically.

Follow up with hardware vendors for replacements, problem resolution, and other concerns.

Create user accounts and establish policies based on roles and hierarchy
