**Sales Coordinators Requirements - 1**

**Location - Andheri**

**Work Days - Mon - Sat**

**Job duties and responsibilities**
- Order booking / Issuing Proforma Invoices/Coordination for dispatches/Complaint Management.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process, suggesting solutions in a timely manner.
- Set objectives and KPIs.
- Set up and monitor sales processes.
- Serve as advisor to our business associates/employees by answering all of their sales related questions and concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest sales trends and best practices.

**Sales Coordinator requirements and qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP/ MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience.
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills. (Must be fluent in English/Hindi)
- Additional certifications if any
