Roles and responsibility
- Supervising Teams: Overseeing a crew of workers, including recruiting, hiring, training, and mentoring steelworkers and related staff.
- Project Coordination: Managing daily activities according to priorities and plans, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining efficient workflow across teams and subcontractors.
- Safety Compliance: Enforcing and promoting adherence to safety regulations (such as OSHA), conducting safety training, toolbox talks, and routine safety inspections to prevent accidents and foster a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Serving as the chief quality officer on site by inspecting every weld, joint, and finished product to ensure they meet high industry standards for strength and safety.
- Equipment and Materials Management: Managing and maintaining project inventories, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring all tools and machinery are kept in optimal working condition.
- Interpreting Plans and Drawings: Reading and implementing blueprints, shop drawings, and technical documents to guide fabrication and erection activities.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Creating project timelines, monitoring progress, and communicating updates and key issues to site superintendents and upper management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
