**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic **Trainee Developers** to join our team for a 6-month on-site training program in **React.js** and **Node.js**. This program is designed for freshers or early-career professionals who want to kickstart their career in **Full Stack Web Development**.
Top-performing trainees will be offered a **full-time position** upon successful completion of training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and work on **frontend development** using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Assist in developing **backend APIs** using Node.js and Express.js.
- Collaborate with senior developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
- Work with databases such as **MongoDB** or **MySQL** for CRUD operations.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and project discussions.
- Debug, test, and maintain code for existing and new features.
- Document technical processes and maintain best coding practices.

**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:

- Basic understanding of **HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)**.
- Familiarity with **React.js** and **Node.js** concepts.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Understanding of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Strong problem-solving and learning attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
