We are looking for a **Packaging Supervisor** to join our dynamic team and oversee the packaging operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the day-to-day packaging operations to make sure production goals and schedules are met.
- Lead and support the packaging team to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure all hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines (GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc.) are followed at all times.
- Check packaging lines regularly to confirm products meet company and customer standards.
- Keep accurate records of daily production and prepare performance reports.
- Work closely with the maintenance and quality teams to quickly fix any issues and minimize downtime.
- Train, coach, and motivate packaging staff to help them perform at their best.
- Manage packaging materials and supplies efficiently to control costs and reduce waste.
- Take part in improvement projects and share ideas to make processes safer, faster, and more efficient.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in a packaging or production supervisory role (preferably in FMCG, hygiene, or consumer goods industry).
- Strong knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
