**Job Title: JCB Operator**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced JCB Operator to join our construction team. The operator will be responsible for operating a JCB machine (backhoe loader) efficiently and safely to support various construction activities including excavation, loading, grading, and backfilling tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate JCB/backhoe loader as per site requirements.
- Perform excavation, trenching, earthmoving, and material handling tasks.
- Ensure the machine is operated safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Conduct routine inspection and basic maintenance (oil, fuel, coolant checks).
- Follow site safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors.
- Assist in loading/unloading construction materials as needed.
- Report mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain daily logs of machine usage and hours of operation.
- Coordinate with ground staff and engineers for precise operation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a JCB/backhoe loader operator in the construction field.
- Valid operator license or certification.
- Good knowledge of construction site safety procedures.
- Ability to read and follow instructions, drawings, or site layout plans.
- Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.
