**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fabrication & Assembly**: Cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components using various tools and equipment such as shears, brakes, hammers, and welders.
- **Measurement & Layout**: Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to accurately measure and mark metal pieces for cutting, bending, and welding.
- **Installation**: Install fabricated metal components or structures at client locations, ensuring precise alignment and fit.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and test completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- **Welding & Joining**: Perform welding, riveting, and other joining techniques as required for assembling components.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- **Safety**: Follow all safety protocols and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) while working with hazardous materials and equipment.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure project completion within deadlines.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any technical issues or challenges encountered during fabrication or installation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and fitting.
- **Education**: High school / ITI?diploma or equivalent. Completion of an apprenticeship or trade certification in sheet metal work is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- **Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings**.
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal tools, including shears, brakes, presses, and welders.
- Ability to measure and cut metal to precise dimensions using standard tools.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues in fabrication and fitting processes.
- **Safety Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry-standard safety practices and regulations.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in measurements and finished work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification or diploma in sheet metal work or welding.
- Previous experience in [industry, e.g., construction, HVAC, automotive].
- Experience with specialized tools and equipment, such as CNC machines or plasma cutters.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Materials handling: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- ITI (Fitter) (preferred)
