Designation: Store Supervisor (Female)

**Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely availability.

**Warehouse Operations**:Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials in the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with safe ty regulations and proper handling of materials.
**Team Leadership**:Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Foster a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
**Logistics and Distribution**:Coordinate with logistics teams to plan and optimize the distribution of finished goods.
Monitor transportation schedules and ensure on-time deliveries.
**Quality Control**:Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the integrity of stored materials.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
**Reporting and Analysis**:Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Education and Experience**:

- **B.E./ Diploma in in any Stream**:

- **Fresher will be considered**

**Salary range: Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 pm**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
