**Field Collections** - Visit customers' homes or workplaces to collect payments, especially in cases where telephonic communication is not effective.
- **Update Payment Records** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, commitments, and payment statuses.
- **Daily Reporting** - Submit daily reports on collection activities, recovered amounts, and pending follow-ups to the collection manager.
- **Customer Interaction** - Handle customer grievances regarding loan terms, interest, and payment schedules in a professional manner.
- **Target Achievement** - Meet monthly and quarterly recovery targets set by management.
- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduation preferred
- **Experience**: 0-1 years in collections, preferably in NBFC or banking

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
