**About the role**:
Are you a dynamic and passionate Scrum Master ready to make an impact in a cutting-edge product-based company? We are looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in an adaptive, incremental, and iterative delivery environment, utilizing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
and Kanban frameworks. Reporting directly to the Lead Delivery Manager, you'll be the catalyst for seamless team operations, removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and championing Agile principles.
Your role will involve leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team stays laser-focused on delivering
high-quality product increments. You'll also utilize Kanban boards to monitor progress, ensure workflow transparency, and manage WIP limits
to optimize efficiency. As the bridge between engineering teams, Product Teams, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure clear communication and
alignment of goals. Your expertise in coaching and training on Agile best practices will drive continuous improvement and elevate team

**What you’ll do**:
You’ll be responsible for:
- Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement within the team.
- Remove Impediments: Identify and resolve obstacles that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth workflow and uninterrupted delivery
- Foster Collaboration: Create a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual respect among team members.
- Champion Agile Principles: Advocate for and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Monitor Progress: Utilize Kanban boards and other tools to track team progress, maintain transparency in the workflow, and manage work-in-progress (WIP) limits
- Optimize Efficiency: Analyze team performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and training to team members on Agile best practices, helping to develop their skills and enhance overall team performance. Educating Agile teams to maximize efficiencies and performance from Lean-Agile principles and practices to consistently deliver customer value.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess team processes and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive better outcomes. Fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, through Pre
- and Post-Release Planning events.
- Ensure Deliverable Quality: Support the team in delivering high-quality product increments that meet user needs and business objectives. Coordinating the teams’ delivery with the Product Owners and Team’s release plans
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their requirements are met. Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog prioritization
- Adapt to Change: Embrace and facilitate change within the team, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to evolving project demands and priorities.
- Working with Product Owners to ensure features and user stories are clear, concise, prioritized, and understood by every member of the Agile team.
- Managing risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across Agile teams.
**About you**:
You’ll have:
- Total 7+ years of IT experience with a strong track record (3+ years) of Scrum Master/Project Manager experience for Products in high-growth environments, with experience in Scrum/Kanban and in Scaling Agile Framework.
