**Key Responsibilities**:
The Private Labels E-commerce Manager will deliver revenue and pricing for the Company’s Private Label portfolio, through sales on multiple marketplaces. The manager must have a proven track record in selling successfully on e-commerce.

**Business & Strategy development**: Create a business plan and deliver results, partnering with Catalogue team, finance, warehouse, creative teams and vendors.

**Pricing Strategy**: Create the right product combos and pricing effectively to drive online sales.

**Vendor & Partnership Management**: Oversee relationships with external vendors and ensuring successful execution of the aligned business plan.

**Customer Insights & Market Research**: Leverage market research and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine messaging to meet customer needs.

**Brand Positioning**: Position the Private Brands well, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience both locally and beyond.

**Compliance & Quality Control**: Ensuring products meet regulatory and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar Ecommerce role, with history of achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Proven expertise in creating business plans, budget management and optimizing marketing spend.
- Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to build and nurture external and internal relationships.

**Preferred**:

- Good understanding of the Tamil Nadu market, with experience tailoring campaigns to local consumer behaviour and preferences.
