**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a highly motivated **Graphical Design and Video Editing Intern** to join our remote team. This individual will play a key role in the creation and editing of compelling multimedia content—helping translate our insights and messaging into powerful visual stories for **newsletters, blogs, ads, social media, and other channels**.

You’ll also be responsible for creating complementary visual assets like **infographics, charts, and branded templates**. You’ll work across multiple portfolio companies, gaining exposure to different industries, audiences, and content strategies.

We’ll provide access to **cutting-edge AI tools** to accelerate your design and editing workflows—making this a fantastic opportunity to **hone your creative skills while learning to harness the future of content production.**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Edit video content for distribution across newsletters, blogs, social media, ads, and other marketing channels
- Create graphic design assets including infographics, charts, social tiles, and motion graphics
- Leverage AI design and video tools to streamline production workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life visually
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and elevates the identity of our portfolio companies

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Opus Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop)
- Comfort using or a willingness to learn AI design tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Pika, etc.)
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- Reliable internet connection and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills and advanced or fluent English speaking
- Bonus: experience with animation or motion design

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
