- Wide-angle focus on whatever task is done
- Should be flexible to operate in different shifts including night shifts and working on Sundays or holidays too based on the business needs
- Maintains quality reports & generates weekly / monthly reports and send them to Kensium
- Update timesheets and productivity reports
- Timely approach towards the work that is assigned
- Focuses on on-time deliveries
- Ensure strict compliance to the company-outlined processes and standards, and follows industry best practices
- Take ownership of own work as well as of their team, and be accountable for the quality of work executed by their teams
- Accountable for teams work, providing estimates, completing work on schedule, staffing assignments, individual workload balancing.
