Location: Hyderabad

**Job Description**:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Automation Specialist having experience in developing multiple frameworks on multiple platforms and languages.
- Build enterprise level automation framework and process for UI and API tests.
- Responsible for the maintenance and add-ons/enhancement of the framework throughout the project.
- Anchor automation proof of concept (POC) on the apps using different tools to validate if tool stack meets automation needs.
- Working with team members to ensure schedule adherence and compliance to quality of deliverables like timely acknowledgment of issues and requests, status on in-progress action items, discussion on scheduled tasks etc.
- Review of root cause analysis of P1 incidents. Ensuring overall compliance with service levels and ticket ageing.
- Prepare estimations, release plan and road map for future releases. Execute test case as planned for the assigned modules with special focus on key modules using knowledge of test execution process for both functional and non-functional type of testing. Involve in Smoke, Functional, GUI, System Integration and Final Regression Testing
- Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake Offshore-specific activities of the project and attend Business meetings to represent Automation Team and understanding the gaps and as well ensuring active involvement in all phases of service delivery
