We are looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team and help drive our sales efforts.

As a tele caller, your primary responsibility revolves around communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your goal is to promote products or services, generate leads, and ultimately, drive sales for your organization. Effective communication skills, persuasiveness, and a customer-centric approach are important in this role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads by cold calling.
- Explain products or services and answer any questions from customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a related sales position.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good technical skills like Ms-office and must be attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
