**Job Title**: Lab Technician (Contractual - 3 Months)
**Location**: MaxPetZ, East of Kailash, Delhi
**Compensation**: CTC ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month
**Employment Type**: 3-Month Contract

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Laboratory Responsibilities**:

- Drawing blood and collecting other diagnostic samples from patients.
- Performing blood and sample tests, including microscope-based analysis.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date laboratory records and registers.
- Managing lab inventory, ensuring timely indenting of reagents and supplies.
- Entering and updating patient data and test reports in lab software (e.g., Vetport).
- Following up on report completion and delivery.
- Ensuring daily upkeep and maintenance of all laboratory equipment.

**X-Ray Responsibilities**:

- Positioning patients correctly and taking X-ray images as per veterinary requirements.
- Uploading and organizing X-ray images in the designated software.
- Regular maintenance and upkeep of all X-ray equipment.

**Surgery Support (Occasional)**:

- Only when the other lab technician is on leave or as needed_
- Assisting during surgical procedures and maintaining detailed surgical records.
- Ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in good condition.
- Managing surgical stock and raising indent requests when required.
- Maintaining a daily surgery usage register.
- Preparing and submitting reports on surgery cases when applicable.

**Job Requirements**:

- Educational background in DMLT, Science, or Microbiology.
- Ability to communicate in English (fluency not mandatory).
- Basic computer literacy and readiness to learn and use software like Vetport and other diagnostic tools.

**Additional Information**:

- This role requires multitasking across lab and radiology functions, with occasional support in surgery.
- The Lab Technician assigned to lab and X-ray responsibilities will **not be involved in surgical duties** unless the other technician is on leave.
