**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for ensuring the overall Health of Employees of Boudh Distillery Pvt Ltd, Baldeo Sahu Infra Pvt Ltd and Contractors Personnel at the Plant.**
- Responsible to check the physical health of the Employees of BDPL, BSIPL and Contractors personnel at the Plant.
- Assist the Pharmacist during Medical Emergencies & Pandemic/Other major illness.
- Assist the Pharmacist in the annual health checkup, maintain employee’s health file and medical related CSR activities
- Responsible to take rounds at the Plant and gauge the health conditions of the Employees and other areas for better maintenance and also ensures timely sanitization at the Plant
- Assist the Pharmacist for hospitalization and discharge of employees at the Plant Site
- Ensure that the First Aid Kits across the Plant are well maintained.
- Assist the Pharmacist to provide First Aid Training to nominated department personnel. Forms a committee for First Aid Situations and set SOPS for Emergency Situations in the plant.
- Maintain and track the calories count of food served for Employees in the Cafeteria
- Assist the Pharmacist in various company initiative to sustain health of Employees of BDPL Group as when required
- Provides input and suggestions to HR for improving the quality / nutritional food.
- Respond to Medical Emergency Situations in the Plant, in absence of the Pharmacist
- Liaison with Company Recommended Doctors for critical cases, opinions, suggestions, emergencies etc.
- Works in Liaison with Plant in-house Boudh Doctor and Junior Pharmacist for efficient medical services at BDPL Plant.
- Conduct and oversee the Hygiene Drive at Dorm, Food Storage, Canteen, Kitchen and other critical zones in the Plant etc and conduct surprise checks & suggest corrective actions, if any as directed by the pharmacist
- Provide report to the Pharmacist on medical data and works closely with HR for any employee related medical emergency when pharmacist is on leave

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- Diploma in Pharmacy
- 5 yrs of Experience in handling a Clinic / Dispensary in a Plant environment
- Should have experience in Emergency Handling Measures.
- Should be passionate and compassionate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
