**Job Opening: Lady Customer Relationship Officer**

**Job Timing**: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sunday Off)

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up with clients for pending payments.
- Send bills to customers.
- Conduct after-delivery service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Call existing customers to encourage revisits.
- Address client inquiries and solve issues.
- Create and share quotations.
- Inform clients about new products and updates.
- Submit daily task reports using the Flowchart Management System.
- Update collections using company software.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
- Confident and proactive personality for making calls.
- Basic sales interest to respond to client inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in computer usage, including Excel.
- Ability to learn and absorb product knowledge quickly.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer care (Freshers with strong math skills and excellent communication skills may apply).
- Must reside in Kolkata.
