Job Description: Sales Coordinator

A Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within a sales department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Sales Coordinator works closely with sales representatives, customers, and internal teams to facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist sales representatives in managing and organizing their daily activities, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing sales materials.

2. Coordinate and monitor sales order processing, ensuring accurate and timely order entry, shipment, and delivery to customers.

3. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales-related activities.

4. Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

6. Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations by gathering and organizing relevant information.

7. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences, including logistics, booth setup, and coordination with attendees.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, including contact information, interactions, and sales history.

9. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing expense reports, preparing sales-related documents, and maintaining sales-related databases.

10. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
