- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and

technologies in software development.

- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating

them into architectural designs that meet business objectives.

- Client Facing - Architect will be closely working with clients and should have the ability to translate the

business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on architectural principles, design patterns,

and best practices. Involves in training and mentoring new or replacement team members in case of
