- Shell / Perl Scripting, source code control tools such as GIT, Bitbucket and clearcase.,
Unix, SQL
- Experience / Knowledge in WebSphere Application Server
Good to have
- Apigee automation and knowledge of OCP
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all Build and Release Processes with regards to SDLC,
packaging and delivery of products for all environments, structuring source
code repository for easy setup, retrieval and development of source code, for
all facets of Software configuration management.
- Responsible for the development of all build and deployment scripts for all
development projects & maintain the integrity of the build systems.
Responsible for maintaining build hardware for production and development
build systems
- Expertise in build/release engineering and configuration management with
solid knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Proficient with build utilities like ANT, and Maven.
- Experience with automated build tools such as Bamboo, Jenkins.
- Proficient in developing with java, XML, Perl and Unix scripting.
- Experience with database programming and deploying database schemas,
SQL scripts and stored procedures.
- Experience in scripting, coding and software building is required. Solid
understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment release
pipelines, and different technologies to implement release pipelines.
- Experience with sophisticated source code control tools such as GIT,
Bitbucket and clearcase.
- Manage build communication channels and document build procedure.
- Coordinate build schedules between Development, Database,
SIT\QA\Production, and Operations
- Hands on experience in Software Configuration Management and change
management. Knowledge of Agile Processes and Continuous Integration.
