Doctor (Mbbs)

**Position**: Doctor (MBBS)
**Location**: Budge Budge Refineries Ltd, Budge Budge
**Working Hours**: 2 hours daily (Monday - Saturday)
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in a similar role
**Qualification**: MBBS (must have valid registration number)
**Salary**: Rs.30,000 per month - Rs.40,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide primary medical care and consultation to employees for general health issues and workplace-related injuries.
- Conduct regular health check-ups and screenings for factory staff.
- Administer basic medical treatments and prescribe medications as necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of medical consultations, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Respond to emergency cases promptly and provide immediate medical assistance.
- Collaborate with the nurse to ensure proper medical care and availability of essential medicines.
- Advise employees on preventive healthcare measures and occupational health hazards.
- Report any significant health concerns or trends to HR and factory management.
- Provide basic training on life support like Basic Life Support (BLS)/Advanced Life Support (ALS),First Aid Training in specific common injuries that occur in factory premises.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong diagnostic and clinical skills for primary and emergency care.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with employees and management.
- Knowledge of workplace health standards and occupational health safety.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must have a valid MBBS degree with a registration number.
