**What will you be responsible for?**

**What do we require?**:

- Work cross functionally with various levels of network understanding.
- Develop an in-depth functional know-how and work flows of the product.
- Develop sound technical and architectural understanding of the product.
- Develop a customer centric approach and ability to multitask.
- Document technical solutions into internally and externally deliverable format.
- Review and research of issues that arise.
- Pro-active communication of the project and task status
- Coordinate with Product Engineering and product management in ideating and developing a solution.
- Work in close coordination with Product, Development and Testing teams.
- Translate, communicate and reinforce the goals, values and priorities of the organization through the support

**Technology Essentials**:

- Expertise towards Middleware, Application and Web Server. Should have good knowledge on atleast 2 of these Middleware Products - Apache, IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Weblogic, Jboss, IBM DataPower, IIS, nginx.
- Experience working on installing SSL certificates in multiple products
- Complete understanding of SSL certificates, SSL certificate life cycle and their different formats like pem, jks, kdb.
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies in short span of time.
- Understanding of network and TLS vulnerabilities.
- Experienced towards enterprise datacenter network architecture.
- Understanding of DNS, Switching, Firewall, Cloud infrastructure and load balancing cloud services.
- Experience in Unix (or) Linux commands and powershell
- Experience in Shell/Python scripting will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of TLS communication and configuring Load Balancers (F5, NginxPlus, AVI etc) for the same.
- Experience working on projects with global teams is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
