**Job Description: After Effects and Illustrator Animator (6-Month Contract)**

**Position**: After Effects and Illustrator Animator (Contract, 6 Months)

**Compensation**: INR 10000 to INR 20000 per month

**About the Role**:
As an After Effects and Illustrator Animator, you will collaborate with our design and marketing teams to create engaging animations for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, and more. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
- Work closely with the design team to transform static graphics into dynamic animations that align with the project’s vision and objectives.
- Develop animations for a range of digital content, including video assets, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Work within brand guidelines and deliver animations that are on-brand and visually compelling.
- Implement creative solutions to deliver animations that effectively communicate the desired message to the audience.
- Collaborate with other team members (designers, marketers, content creators) to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Maintain a high level of creativity and attention to detail in every aspect of animation work.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on improving animation processes, workflow, and output.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with Adobe After Effects and Illustrator, with a strong portfolio demonstrating animation and motion graphic skills.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, spacing, and composition.
- Ability to bring creativity and innovation to animation projects while following client and brand guidelines.
- Proficiency in creating animations for a variety of platforms and formats (social media, web, video).
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and visual design principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback and implement it effectively.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D animation and integration with After Effects.
- Knowledge of additional animation software such as Cinema 4D or similar.
- Familiarity with video editing techniques and editing software.
