**Experience Required**: Minimum 4-5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in bakery, confectionery, snacks, or packaged food
**Salary Range**: Based on experience

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain quality systems (raw material, in-process & final product checks)
- Conduct daily inspection of production batches for:

- Texture, color, taste, shelf life, packaging integrity
- Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols
- Conduct checks for infestation (weevils etc.) and packaging sealing
- Assist in setting SOPs and checklists with documentation
- Train line workers & supervisors on quality procedures
- Maintain all quality records and prepare reports for management
- Handle and resolve customer complaints from a quality standpoint

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years in a **bakery, snacks, or packaged FMCG setup**:

- Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations & quality norms
- Attention to detail and ownership of the QC process
- Should be proactive and not just reactive Bonus (not mandatory):

- Familiarity with ISO / HACCP
- Ability to create SOPs/checklists

Pay: Up to ₹29,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 3 years (required)
- Quality control: 3 years (required)
