Construction Material Procurement - Be the Bridge Between Vision and Build

We are a leading construction firm building the future, is searching for a **Construction Material Procurement Assistant** to join our dynamic purchasing team.

**In this role, you'll be the linchpin connecting our ambitious designs with the materials that make them stand tall.** You'll collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with vendors, and ensure a smooth flow of construction materials, contributing to our projects' timely and cost-effective completion.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Collaborating with project managers and engineers to understand material needs and specifications.**:

- **Sourcing and researching potential vendors for various construction materials.**:

- **Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors, securing the best deals for the company.**:

- **Placing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and quality control.**:

- **Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs, proactively addressing potential material shortages.**:

- **Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities, including invoices, contracts, and purchase orders.**:

- **Communicating effectively with internal teams and vendors, fostering transparency and resolving issues promptly.**

**We're looking for someone who**:

- **Has 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.**:

- **Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effectively navigating complex logístical challenges.**:

- **Is a master of communication, excelling in both written and verbal interactions with diverse stakeholders.**:

- **Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys maintaining accuracy in record-keeping.**:

- **Is proficient in Microsoft Office and construction purchasing software.**:

- **Thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces teamwork as the key to success.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
