Job Role:
Wedding Planner.

**Job Summary**:
The Wedding Planner is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing social events from conception to completion. This role requires a strong background in event management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job description**

1. **Plan and Execute Events**: Organize corporate and social events, ensuring all details are coordinated and timelines met.

2. **Client Engagement**: Connect with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their expectations into the planning process.

3. **Budget Management**: Develop and maintain event budgets, tracking all expenses to stay within financial guidelines.

4. **Vendor Coordination**: Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources for each event.

5. **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, production, and technical requirements.

6. **Team Communication**: Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders during planning and execution.

7. **On-Ground Execution**:Manage all aspects of the event on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly and as planned.

8. **Post-Event Evaluation**: Conduct evaluations after events to assess success and identify areas for improvement, while staying updated on industry trends.

9. **File Closure**: Coordinate with the concern department to finalize project files and hand them over to accounts with necessary documentation.
