**Responsibilities -**
- Operate the EPBAX system and keep the Phone Bank updated.
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
- Handle courier dispatches and arrivals, maintaining accurate records.
- Verify, approve, and fulfill various requisitions while keeping detailed records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings and visa processing.
- Organize and arrange conferences, events, meetings, and client visits.
- Set up workstations and other arrangements for new joiners.
- Address office administration queries and maintain relevant records.
- Manage records of admin-related vendors and maintain contract documentation.
- Monitor various administration activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Track and document non-compliance with HR policies, such as dress code.
- Send notifications to Management regarding any calls received during their absence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in handling EPBAX systems and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
