**JOB SUMMARY**:
We are looking forward for engaged telecaller to elevate our sales and reach more and

more clients. The telecaller will be provided list of customers details and will be provided

sources and data to influence the customer in best possible manner.Also you are suppose

to record important points during the conversations to aid follow
- ups by our staff.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

- Make a list of targeted customers with their contact details.
- Researching on daily basis the current requirements of customers which help them to meet their objective and we are able to reach more and more people
- Motivate the client and convince them to get connected to our firm.
- Should solve queries of customers regarding our product and service.
- Have to attend office meetings to record important information and
- Performances

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Possessing educational qualifications Diploma, Bachelors /Masters in any field.
- Have good communication and influencing skills.
- Having capacity to deal with all kinds of customers.
- Understanding the customer's point of view and being able to solve their problem.
- Having problem solving skills.
- Good research and record keeping skills.
- Completion of sales related training
- We required Experience in Insurance,Mutual,DMT (if have)
- Basic Computer knowledge required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
