**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will take charge of crafting engaging scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube videos, ensuring they align with our brand voice and goals. You will also play a key role in coordinating collaborations with brands, influencers, and partners to amplify our social media presence.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Development**
- Write compelling, on-brand scripts for Instagram Reels, Stories, and YouTube videos, catering to diverse audiences and trends.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and videographers to bring scripts to life.
- Conduct research to stay updated on trending formats, themes, and audience preferences.

**Brand Collaboration Management**
- Identify and approach potential brand collaborators and influencers for partnerships.
- Coordinate all aspects of brand collaborations, including negotiations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain a database of partners and collaborations, tracking performance metrics and ROI.

**Social Media Coordination**
- Plan, schedule, and post content across Instagram and YouTube channels.
- Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations.
- Respond to community interactions to maintain a strong connection with the audience.

**Creative Strategy**
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand goals.
- Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for campaigns and collaborations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in social media coordination, scriptwriting, or a related role.
- Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills, with a keen understanding of Instagram and YouTube platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing partnerships and collaborations.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
