**Job Purpose**
- The role is to maintain and improve the Radio Network Quality along with planning of the Radio & Microwave Network in coordination with CODE Team. The Role also requires to analyse and reduce the Network Complaints, improve CXX & ensure all regulatory complicances with respective regulatory bodies like TERM/TRAI/DOT.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**

**1)** Improve Radio Network experiance for 2G, 3G, 4G and future technologies. Improve the Voice and Data performance KPI's of the Circle. Major KPI's which impact Customer complaint like Volte DCR, CQI, Poor Throughput Cells, High PRB Utilization cells to be kept in check.

**2)** Support rollout of New sites/Small Cell/New Freq Layers of LTE/5G networks and ensure quality parameters and KPI's are met as per the standards agreed upon.

**3)** Ensure smooth implementation of New Parameters and features as per the updated software made available from OEM in coordination with Central Quality teams.

**4)** Support in MW planning and optimization process to respective CODE team, Ensure proper LOS survey. Ensure all MW links with High utilization is brought under control. Provide proper inputs to Fiber planning team about MW capacity constratints of sites so that appropriate Fiber POP is planned.

**5)** Ensure reduction of CPKS and indepth analysis of the customer concers and its coorelation with network KPI's. All Competitive CXX scores on NPS/TNPS should be at best w.r.t Competition.

**6)**
**All regulatory compliance w.r.t MRO rollout, EMF Audit, TRAI Drive test, SACFA (Site/MW) to be fully compliant and without any penalties.**

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

**1) **Good Communication and Presentation Skills

**2) **In-depth technical knowledge in radio network parameters & optimization (2G/4G/VoLTE)

**3) **Excellent domain knowledge and on
- field optimization experience

**4) **Ability to lead a team of Engineers and drive and motivate them to deliver consistantly.

**5) **Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints

**6) **People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 15+ years of experience
