With a strong presence in Bangalore and ambitious plans to expand, we are looking for a **Social Media Executive** to elevate our digital presence and connect with flower lovers nationwide.

**Your Role**

As a **Social Media Executive**, you will be at the heart of our brand’s storytelling. Your mission? To create engaging content, run innovative social media campaigns, and foster a strong online community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create visually appealing and engaging content (images, reels, videos, and stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Manage and schedule content across multiple social media channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong communication and writing skills—you can tell a brand story effortlessly.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to create visually compelling content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies.
- Highly organized with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for aesthetics, flowers, and lifestyle branding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
