The AWS Administrator will play a crucial role in the design provisioning configuration and optimization of the end to end vision and strategy for how data flows through the JnJ AWS Commercial Pharm development and production environments

The individual will be joining a Data POD of developers and admins in the iterative design of a business solution using the Agile methodology

The AWS Admin will be required to follow JnJ s AWS related security policies the project s overall data architecture and the solution s fit into JnJ infrastructure to address identified information needs Specifically the AWS Admin will be involved in resource cost optimization provisioning patching POC work software installation working with VPCx team for the whitelisting of new services and other similar activities

Strong collaboration skills ability to mentor and be mentored Ability to work seamlessly as part of a multi site multicultural development team Desire to work in a fast paced growing deadline driven startup environment

Experience documenting best practices and enforcing strong governance in a team is required BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent Preferred Skills Experience AWS Architect Associate certification

Experience with Scrum and an Agile Development environment Experience with tools like JIRA GIT Bitbucket Confluence etc Experience with Continuous Integration Delivery concepts and tools like Jenkins SonarQube bitbucket etc

Strong working knowledge of tools like Sqoop Spark Oozie Hive and Impala Strong working knowledge of ETL tools like Informatica and or Talend Knowledge of best practices in using reporting tools like Tableau Qlik R etc

**Primary skills**:
