**Qualification**:

- 12th pass

**Experience - **1 to 2yrs

**Roll of executive as under**

Ø To generate new leads for enrolment of new retailers.

Ø Market Mapping activity in consultation with LSO/LD

Ø Target should be to convert those retailers who are not purchasing product from HPCL.

Ø Focus area is to map new volumes.

Ø To carry out Instore Activation for promotion of HP Lubricants.

Ø To generate and drive the demand of HP Lubricant grades among the mechanics.

Ø To educate and activate mechanics about the various programs currently launched by HPCL and new upcoming programs.

Ø To enroll mechanics/retailer under the ambitious loyalty program of HP Lubricants viz. PRAGATI/HUNGAMA

Ø To collect Retailer data from market as per format provided by HPCL.

**Rumination**
- **Fixed remuneration Rs 15000/-**
