**Key Responsibilities**:
Design engaging and visually consistent presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)
- Create impactful and scroll-stopping social media graphics across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Design professional and on-brand brochures, flyers, and print materials
- Maintain visual consistency across all creative assets and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand creative goals and deliver accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining attention to detail and design quality
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:
- Photoshop (intermediate)
- Illustrator (intermediate)
- InDesign (intermediate)
- Adobe XD (intermediate; basic UI/UX understanding a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (presentations, social media, brochures, etc.)
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working with brand guidelines and corporate identity
- Basic animation/motion graphics knowledge (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
