Position: Machine Operator / Helper

Qualification: 10th - ITI / Diploma (Any Stream)

Age: 18 - 30

Experience: 0 - 3 Years (Fresher also apply)

Other Benefits: ESI, EPF, O.T, Bonus.

Shift: Rotational (8 Hours)

**Roles and responsibilities**

v Clean and maintain equipment in accordance with operator clean and check procedures

v Maintain production rates on operator assisted equipment

v Take apart and reassemble manual presses, lathes, mills and other machining equipment

v Produce assemblies as directed by work instructions to attain the required production levels and quality

v Prep and inspect parts for production

v Run first time production parts as directed and perform Poka Yokes

v Participate in job rotation through each cell which addresses cross training and ergonomic issues

v Set stops or guides to specified length as indicated by scale, rule, or template

v Position work piece against stops or align layout marks with die or blades

v Push button or depress pedal to activate machine
