QHSE Executive - RenewableFull-time employee, Gurugram

**Profile Summary**:
**Your work will include**:
Perform following functions including but not limited to:

- Create, process, complete and maintain accurate QC, QA, HSE documentation and records associated with various Projects.
- Review QA/QC & HSE documentation and oversee proper implementation of respective plans by contractors during site execution.
- Manage quality audit program.
- Preparation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 std documentation.
- Preparation of internal audit plan
- Implementation of Internal audits as per plan
- Follow-up to all stakeholders to participate in Internal audit & respective NC closer and maintaining a tracker for the same.
- Draft processes and procedures to construct projects safely.
- Revision of existing QA/QC & safety processes & procedures as per standard norms
- Ensure and perform site quality verification inspections and maintain job specific meetings minutes & necessary logs.
- Maintain record and follow ups for resolutions.
- Resolution of construction quality & safety from site and visit the sites as on when required.
- Identify preventive actions for continual improvement.
- Maintaining quality related records and setting protocols for Project, Engineering & other department’s documentation as per standards.
- Drive and coordinated certification related strategy at Company level

**Technical Expertise**
- Very good at creation of quality & safety documentation as per standard norms.
- Hands-on experience of quality & safety related documentation for ISO certification.
- Ability to assess and analyze the situations in fast-paced environment and fix the things within a time.
- In depth knowledge of ISO documentation related to Quality & Safety.
- Skillful to use tools and systems to ensure quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and practice of PPEs.

**Qualification and Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) from Institute of repute.
- 3-5 years of experience in preparation, co-ordination and implementation of QC/QA and HSE documentation
- Expertise and knowledge of Renewable Industry norms and standards including IS/IEC.
