** Job Responsibilities**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate strong relationshipswith institutional equity fund managers, banks, insurance companies, AIFs, PMS,and hedge funds.
- Day to day management of relationshipswith asset managers/portfolio managers, buy-side analysts, hedge fund managers,pension funds, traders) ensuring that firm research is disseminated and companymanagement teams are introduced to appropriate clients.
- Deliver superior investment ideasand tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of institutional clients.
- Manage company and analystmarketing initiatives, including meetings, conference calls, and industryevents.
- Facilitate key meetings betweenclients and relevant members of the company team.
- Ensure effective dissemination offirm research and facilitate introductions between clients and companymanagement teams.
- Penetrate potential new clientsthrough strategic deployment of the research platform.
- Conduct consultative salesmeetings, emphasizing the value of the firm's offerings.
- Provide timely feedback to theteam on client interactions, comments, and concerns.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a keen focus on trackingIndian capital markets, whether in equity research or institutional equitysales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in directlyservicing institutional clients in the Indian capital markets. We will considerfresher’s also based on market knowledge, communication and interpersonalskills.
- Comprehensive understanding ofequity research products and a background in capital markets.
- MBA/CFA degree is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills,both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
