Pyp Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons based on the IB Primary Years Programme curriculum framework.
- Foster inquiry, curiosity, and critical thinking skills through hands-on, experiential learning experiences that promote conceptual understanding and interdisciplinary connections.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to take ownership of their learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs, interests, and learning styles of students, including English Language Learners (ELLs) and students with diverse learning needs.
- Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress, provide feedback, and guide instructional decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary units of inquiry, participate in collaborative planning sessions, and share best practices in teaching and learning.
- Establish and maintain positive and effective communication with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to support student learning and well-being.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and IB training to deepen understanding of the PYP framework and enhance teaching practice.
- Engage in reflective practice, self-assessment, and goal-setting to continuously improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification from a recognized teacher training program.
- Experience teaching in an IB PYP school or familiarity with the IB curriculum framework.
- Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning, constructivist pedagogy, and child-centered approaches to education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to the IB learner profile attributes and the holistic development of students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse and multicultural team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
