**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field; B.Ed. is mandatory. Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level (preferred).Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.Proficiency in classroom management and the use of technology for teaching. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons for students in middle and high school (Grades 6-10).

Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance language proficiency, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.

Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum standards.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking and creativity.

Evaluate and monitor students' progress through assignments, tests, and activities.

Support extracurricular activities such as debates, elocutions, and literary clubs.

Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to discuss student performance and development.
