**Job Overview**: We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Remote Video Editor to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative graphic animation videos that elucidate Copilotly's functionalities and benefits. Your daily output will be crucial in educating users through tutorial content and boosting our brand presence through captivating ad videos.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and edit high-quality video content, including tutorials and ads, aligning with Copilotly's branding and instructional goals.
- Post one graphic animation video per day that breaks down Copilotly’s features and documentation for easy user comprehension.
- Work closely with the content team to storyboard and translate written documentation into compelling visual stories.
- Utilize the latest editing software and animation tools to produce smooth, visually appealing content.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and user engagement.
- Manage and maintain the video content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of daily videos.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic animation skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and graphic design tools.
- Ability to interpret concepts and turn them into visual narratives.
- Strong understanding of best practices for video content on social media platforms and digital advertising.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Cinematography or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a video editing role, preferably with a focus on educational content and advertising.

**Note**: As this role does not include training, applicants are expected to have the requisite skills and be prepared to demonstrate their proficiency.
