**Analyst/Sr.Analyst - Credit Dispute Reporting**

**Job Overview**:
The**Credit Bureau Reporting Specialist responds to written consumer complaints and inquiries related to credit bureau reporting and submits updates via consumer reporting agencies. This position can be remote.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responds to credit disputes (Automated Consumer Dispute Verification) via E-Oscar; submits credit corrections or updates (Automated Universal Data forms) to the credit bureaus via E-Oscar.
- Determines if credit reporting correction is justified. If so, updates, modifies or corrects credit reporting and performs any loan updates required.
- Notates any information and properly codes disputes in the account history in loan system.
- Reports findings to manager and other interested parties.
- Communicates with exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Works closely with internal departments to resolve inquiries or complaints.
- Generates response letters in accordance with Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

**Qualification & Experience**
- Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role_
- Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and consistently meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 1 years of US Mortgage Experience in managing Credit Disputes/Credit Reporting/Investor Reporting
