We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Trainer to join our organization. This individual will have the primary responsibility of developing content for e-learning modules focused on aptitude. Additionally, they will work closely with students in physical sessions, offering guidance and support to enhance their problem-solving skills.

location :Trivandrum
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Trainer or a similar role
- Responsible for training students to improve their skills and abilities in various areas such as logical reasoning, numerical ability, verbal ability, critical thinking, Analytical reasoning, Coding and decoding, Series and sequences, Blood relation, Direction and distance, Analogies, and Classification
- Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
- Preparing coursework assessments
- Experience in training and education, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs
- Ability to assess student performance objectively and provide constructive feedback
- Organizational and time management skills to plan and deliver training sessions effectively
- Need to have good presentation skills and good communication skills
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with developments in quantitative aptitude educatio

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Day shift

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
