Sales & Marketing Executive

ZsorkX, a division of Zsork Private Limited is on a mission to revolutionize logistics and mobility in Northeast India and beyond. We are looking for **dynamic, ambitious, and street-smart Sales & Marketing Executives** who can drive growth, close deals, and help us dominate the logistics market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new clients (businesses, courier franchises, retailers, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Promote ZsorkX services in person, on the phone, and via digital platforms.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Represent the brand at field events, meetings, and local market activities.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure client satisfaction and delivery consistency.
- Generate reports on leads, conversions, and client feedback.
- Scout for new franchise and partnership opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and local languages.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
- Familiarity with the local geography and businesses.
- Basic digital skills (Excel, WhatsApp, social media promotions, etc.)
