Operations Executive 

**Job description**

**Position**: Operations Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Data Management**:Ensure all visitor entries at Boutique and Exhibitions are accurately captured in the CRM of Odoo. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare high-quality presentations and sales support material.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Monitor and track inventory to ensure the accuracy of both existing stock and customer orders. Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Generate detailed monthly reports that analyze inventory levels, customer orders, and operational metrics.
- **Delivery Management**: Ensure timely and accurate creation of transfer notes and collaborate with the accounts team for e-way bill generation.
- **Boutique Operations**: Co-ordinate daily activities at the boutique to ensure that it is well maintained at all times, visual merchandising is as per the layouts provided and other operational requirements are met in a timely manner.

**Qualifications & Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, customer service, or a similar operational role.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,033.65 - ₹34,837.91 per month
