JOB DESCRIPTION OFFICE/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

**Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Prepare vouchers based on all bank transactions

2. Proper knowledge about Quick book /Tally for making entries

3. Coordinate with the Accountant for the verification of accounts

4. To prepare reports as per the requirements of client

5. Create and manage a systematic filing system

6. Update and maintain accounts databases

7. Manage company budgets

8. Proficiency in MS software’s

9. Excellent communication skill in English

10. Analytical thinker and problem solver

11. High level of Accuracy

12. Posses more than 60% marks in Academics

13. Preferred excellent typing speed (35 WPM- 40 WPM)

**Requirements:

- **
- Office Time: 2.30 Pm to 11.30 PM
- Male/Female
- Package : 20000 to 30000
- Min. 1 year experience in accounting field
- **Good communication skill in English to speak with foreigners**:

- Good personality and trustworthy
- 18 months contract

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
